ABOUT MSEC

Meenakshi Sundararajan Engineering College (MSEC) was established by the IIET Society in 2001. This institution is a part of the prestigious KRS Group of Institutions, which also includes the renowned IIET (Indian Institute of Engineering Technology), established in 1947 by our Founder, Late Shri K. R. Sundararajan, a visionary educationist and philanthropist who founded the well-known Meenakshi College for Women; and the Meenakshi Sundararajan School of Management. The institutions on the KRS Campus are known for the quality education and discipline. We have consistently outshone our peers not only in academics but also in co-curricular activities. Paper Submission

Original, unpublished research papers, articles, and working papers related to the conference themes are invited for presentation and publication in the conference proceedings.

Submission Guidelines

Original, unpublished research papers, articles, and working papers with a minimum length of 12 pages related to the conference themes are invited for presentation and publication in the conference proceedings.

Authors must ensure their papers follow Springer Guidelines with a minimum of 12 pages in A4 size. Authors are requested to refer to the attached Springer template for formatting requirements.

All papers must be submitted online through the conference submission portal, Microsoft CMT.

Submissions will undergo a thorough peer-review process by experts based on originality, significance, and clarity. Only papers presenting novel research results or successful innovative applications will be considered for publication as chapters in the Springer Series edited volumes.

Plagiarism Policy

Before submission, papers should be checked for plagiarism using licensed software such as Turnitin or iThenticate. The similarity index must not exceed 15%, including self-content or content from other sources. The following ethical guidelines must be strictly followed:

No self-plagiarism or plagiarism from other works.
Proper citation must be provided for any model, concept, figure, table, data, or conclusion borrowed from previously published work.
Borrowed content should be rewritten in original language without direct copying.
Prior copyright permissions must be acquired for any copyrighted materials used.

Publication and Review Process

All submitted papers will undergo a rigorous blind peer review process. Accepted papers will be published in the official conference proceedings by Springer, ensuring wide dissemination and recognition within the global research community.

The proceedings will be assigned an e-ISBN number and indexed in major databases.

The conference welcomes submissions of high-quality research papers that address the intersection of cybersecurity, data science, machine learning, and interdisciplinary applications.
